Just back from London & was going to leave this write up till tomorrow as i'm a bit knackered, but sod it, decided to get it done, It is going to be short and sweet though.
Training
Monday - 90 min run (new PB) & 2 hr 15 min cycle
Tuesday - 1 hr swim
Wednesday - 2hr 30min bike
Thursday - 70 min run
Friday - walked up Box Hill
Saturday - walked up Box Hill
Sunday - walked up Box Hill

Not sure about blog updates for the next couple of weeks as i'm at the Olympic Village on Sunday & then down to Bognor Regis for a week.
Be back on track the following week as the Ely Half IM distance Tri will be here. 19th August, my biggest test yet. Feel confident i can complete the distance within the cut offs now though. Well, more confident than i was 3 months ago.
