Sunday I took part in the first Fritton Off Road Dualathon. Fantastic day in glorious sunshine. Hard going and a bit muddy. Happy with my times considering i'm a total knacker at running. I even managed 12 place in the transition timings :-)

So, felt pretty good after all that. Fastest time 50 minutes, slowest just under 2 hours.
1hr 18min for me
Calf muscle a bit sore today but my legs are definately coping with the running a lot better now.
Got away from work early today and managed a 27 mile ride before it got dark

Also logged 2000 miles on Boardman Britpak. I'm now 3rd place nationally on mileage & 2nd place for time on bike.
All the best
