Florida Ironman 2011
Had to share this from todays Ironman in Florida, this guy is 82 years old, inspirational. I'll stop whinging about my knees, lol.
Another 10 mile done on the turbo tonight. Finding the turbo a lot harder work than on the road but at least means i ca get on the bike everyday. Need to get a weigh in next week, see if i have lost anymore
