Turbo trainer arrived yesterday so i set that up & did an hour, no way of monitoring how far i went thought so off to Halfords today to get some kind of odometer for the back wheel.

Needed a riser block though. I've made one out of the cardboard box that it came in, looks naff but does the job & saves you £20+
Arleya has a Karate course in Hatfield tomorrow so doubt I'll get any outside exercise in either. Probably for the best as the knees are still painful. Will probably stick to no more than 3k runs going forward, at least until i can complete these with no issues.
